Rest & Restore iRest Yoga Nidra


This 10-week class is an introduction to iRest® Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve sleep. Each session includes a gentle yoga practice to help release tension and unwind from the day.
