Nationally Certified Personal Trainers

Our team members are among the best trained in Edmonton. They hold university degrees in Kinesiology, Physical Education, and Science. Additionally, they are certified by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and/or the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Our trainers are qualified to provide sport specific, post-rehabilitative programs, and specialized programs for conditions such as arthritis, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart conditions, and soft tissue injuries.
