Baseline Fitness Testing First Session


Work with a personal trainer to create a baseline assessment that helps you track your progress toward your fitness, performance, or wellness goals. Assessments may include body composition, muscular strength, aerobic capacity, flexibility, and more, depending on your objectives.

Schedule a follow-up with a personal trainer to track your progress, update your measurements, and revisit your initial assessments.

Body Composition Assessment


This test uses your height, weight, body circumferences and skinfold assessments to estimate how much of your weight is made up of fat and how much is lean body mass.

30 MINUTES

VO2 Max Test


Considered the gold standard for evaluating aerobic fitness and endurance, this test measures the maximum amount of oxygen consumed during intense exercise. It is typically performed on a treadmill or stationary bike, and provides valuable insights into an individual's cardiovascular capacity. Medical clearance is required.
