Baseline Testing for Wellness/Performance - Initial


Consult with a certified Exercise Specialist to develop a baseline fitness assessment designed specifically for your fitness objectives. Together, you'll choose the tests that best align with your goals. Available assessments cover body composition, muscular strength and endurance, aerobic capacity, flexibility, and more.

Body Composition Assessment


This test uses your height, weight, body circumferences and skinfold assessments to estimate how much of your weight is made up of fat and how much is lean body mass.

30 MINUTES

VO2 Max Test


Considered the gold standard for evaluating aerobic fitness and endurance, this test measures the maximum amount of oxygen consumed during intense exercise. It is typically performed on a treadmill or stationary bike, and provides valuable insights into an individual's cardiovascular capacity. Medical clearance is required.
