COPAT Testing

The Correctional Officer Physical Ability Test (COPAT) is a timed-circuit test that evaluates an individual’s ability to meet the physical demands of Correctional Services work. Medical clearance is required.

PARE Testing

The Physical Abilities Requirement Evaluation (PARE) is a standardised occupational assessment that gauges an individual's ability to perform the physical demands of law enforcement and police work. Medical clearance is required.

N95 Respirator Fit Test

This qualitative test ensures your mask fits securely by checking for gaps in the seal using a spray solution that you can smell or taste if the fit is not secure.
This test is only available for post-secondary students in a healthcare program and MacEwan University employees.
