Our energetic and skilled instructors offer a variety of fun and challenging classes to help you build strength, burn calories, enhance balance, boost endurance, or simply stay active. All our fitness classes are open to the public.

Drop-in Classes

These fitness classes are free for Sport and Wellness members and pass holders. Non-members can participate by paying the daily drop-in fee.

Our fitness studios have a maximum capacity, so drop-in classes are first-come, first-served and require online registration. Classes may be cancelled if they don't meet minimum enrollment.

Registered Programs

Registered fitness programs are specialty offerings not included with any membership. These programs are specifically designed to run for a set period, typically 8-10 weeks. Drop-in options are available for select programs. The drop-in fee for registered classes is $10 for members and pass holders and $17.50 for the public.
