Rookie Patrol

Start strong with Rookie Patrol! This beginner-level Swim Patrol program builds a solid foundation in four key areas: stroke refinement, fitness, first aid, and lifesaving skills. Swimmers will improve their front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke while building endurance through a 100-metre timed swim and a 350-metre workout. They'll also be introduced to essential lifesaving skills, including assessing conscious victims, contacting EMS, treating bleeding, recognizing a victim in distress, and using throwing assists.
