VO2 Max Test – Individual

Considered the gold standard for evaluating aerobic fitness and endurance, VO2 max testing measures the maximum amount of oxygen consumed during intense exercise. The test is typically performed on a treadmill or stationary bike, and provides valuable insights into your cardiovascular capacity. Medical clearance is required for all VO2 max tests.
