VO2 Max Test

Considered the gold standard for evaluating aerobic fitness and endurance, VO2 max testing measures the maximum amount of oxygen consumed during intense exercise. The test is typically performed on a treadmill or stationary bike, and provides valuable insights into an individual's cardiovascular capacity. These insights are invaluable for optimizing training intensity, enhancing overall fitness, and improving athletic performance.
Medical clearance is required.

Group Testing

Testing is available individually or in groups of 2 or 3. For group sessions, one person will pay for the entire group. Please note, each participant must have medical clearance.

Testing is scheduled monthly, so be sure to check the schedule to find a time that works best for you.
