Considered the gold standard for evaluating aerobic fitness and endurance, VO2 max testing measures the maximum amount of oxygen consumed during intense exercise. The test is typically performed on a treadmill or stationary bike, and provides valuable insights into an individual's cardiovascular capacity. These insights are invaluable for optimizing training intensity, enhancing overall fitness, and improving athletic performance.
Testing is scheduled monthly, so be sure to check the schedule to find a time that works best for you.
For group testing, one person will register and pay for the entire group. Each participant must have medical clearance.
For more information prior to registering, email James at linthornej@macewan.ca.
Registrants will receive an email with additional information approximately 2 business days after registration.
