Swimmer 5

Swimmers will be challenged with a new set of skills: shallow dives, tuck jumps, eggbeater kicks and backward somersaults underwater. Stroke technique and endurance will get more focus as swimmers will need to do longer swims and interval training for all strokes.

AGES 6–14

Registrants will receive an email with additional information at least three days before the lessons begin.
