Swimmer 3

Swimmers will make a splash with their kneeling dives and forward roll entries. They’ll learn challenging, but fun skills like handstands and front somersaults underwater. Increased distance and duration are incorporated for front and back flutter kick, front and back crawl, whip kick and interval training.
