Adult 3

Swimmers will work towards mastering front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. They’ll learn challenging skills like shallow dives, stride entries, compact jumps and lifesaving kicks. Swimmers can expect to improve their fitness levels as they work on completing 300-metre swims and 25-50 metre sprints.
