Adult 2

Swimmers will practice different entries into deep water including dives, rolls and tuck jumps (cannonballs). New underwater skills like handstands and front somersaults will be introduced. Swimmers will work on building strength and endurance, aiming to tread water for 1-2 minutes and swim 50 metres. They’ll improve their front crawl, back crawl, and whip kick, and be introduced to breaststroke.
