Rescue Rangers

Get ready to race, rescue, and rise to the challenge! Campers will take on the exciting world of Lifesaving Sport—a fast-paced sport that blends swimming, rescue techniques, and fun challenges! Recognized by the International Olympic Committee and the Commonwealth Games Federation, Lifesaving Sport builds strength, sharpens skills, and fosters teamwork in a fun, competitive environment.

Campers will refine their swim strokes, build strength and stamina, and develop lifesaving skills as they tackle team challenges both in the pool and on land. From racing through the water to executing rescue missions, every day is an adventure as they push their limits and strive for personal bests!

Prerequisite: Able to swim 50 metres (two lengths) without stopping.
