City Centre Runners

Coached running sessions to keep you moving year-round! From pavement to treadmills, we mix up intervals, tempos, and hills to build endurance and strength.

Prerequisite: Able to run 30 minutes non-stop for outdoor sessions; no prerequisite for indoor sessions.

APR–OCT: Outside, 90 minutes
NOV–MAR: Inside, 60 minutes

Please note: Outdoor sessions may be cancelled in the event of bad weather, or moved indoors if conditions require. The seasonal switch between indoor and outdoor locations may change based on weather forecasts and safety considerations.
