Summer Group Lessons

Add swim lessons to your summer plans! Our week-long sessions are designed for kids of all skill levels to help them advance their swimming skills in a fun and engaging way.

Summer lessons do not follow the Swim for Life curriculum.

Registrants will receive an email with additional information at least three days before the lessons begin.

Summer Lessons: Beginner


Tailored for swimmers who are still building their confidence in the water, this level requires no minimum swimming ability.
These lessons do not follow the Swim for Life program.

Summer Lessons: Intermediate


Swimmers should be comfortable in the water, be able to jump into the deep end, swim confidently in chest-deep water and flutter kick on front and back for over 5 metres.
These lessons do not follow the Swim for Life program.

Summer Lessons: Advanced


Swimmers should be at ease in deep water, able to tread water for one minute, and swim front and back crawl for 25 metres.
These lessons do not follow the Swim for Life program.

Summer Lessons: Mastery


This level is all about building endurance and strong swimming skills for life. Swimmers should already be proficient in the water, working on refining their strokes, and able to swim more than 50 metres non-stop.


These lessons do not follow the Swim for Life program.
