Summer Lessons: Adult Beginner 1


Conquer your fear of water! These lessons are tailored for individuals who are still getting accustomed to the water. We take it slow and steady to help swimmers become more comfortable and confident.
These lessons do not follow the Swim for Life program.

Summer Lessons: Adult Beginner 2


Designed for swimmers who are becoming familiar with the water but need practice with floating and swimming independently without flotation devices.
These lessons do not follow the Swim for Life program.

Summer Lessons: Adult Intermediate


For swimmers who want to improve but are already comfortable in the water, able to jump into deep water, swim confidently in chest-deep water and flutter kick on front and back for over 5 metres.
These lessons do not follow the Swim for Life program.

Summer Lessons: Adult Advanced


Swimmers at this stage are comfortable in deep water, can tread water for one minute, and are able to swim front and back crawl for 25 metres.
These lessons do not follow the Swim for Life program.

For swimmers who have the basics down but want to polish their strokes and improve their endurance with a goal of swimming 100 metres non-stop.
