Lifesaving Sport is a challenging and diverse sport that blends athletic skills with lifesaving techniques and equipment. Recognized by the International Olympic Committee and the Commonwealth Games Federation, this sport features a range of competitive disciplines designed to hone and showcase lifesaving skills, physical fitness and motivation.

Our Lifesaving sport programs offer high-energy challenges within an enthusiastic club environment, engaging participants both in the water and on the pool deck. Guided by experienced and passionate coaches, you'll receive expert instruction and encouragement to excel in every aspect of the sport.

  • Swimming Skills
    Develop increasingly complex skills in swimming, including stroke correction, endurance and speed.
  • Lifesaving Skills
    Become proficient in using rescue equipment such as tubes, fins, and rescue lines.
  • Teamwork
    Forge strong team bonds by learning, training, and completing lifesaving challenges together with teammates.
  • Competitions
    Put your skills to the test at local and regional lifesaving sport competitions.

Participants must be able to swim 25 metres without stopping.

Youth Lifesaving Sport


Hangout with friends as you level up your lifesaving sport skills, boost your swimming strength and speed, and prepare for advanced lifesaving certifications.

AGES 15-19

Masters Lifesaving Sport


Stay active and fit while forging new friendships. Swimmers focus on achieving personal best times and improving their technique in a supportive, positive environment.
