Enjoy flexible, fun workout sessions with no commitment required—join whenever you like!

Our energetic and skilled instructors offer a variety of classes to help you build strength, burn calories, enhance balance, boost endurance, or simply stay active. All our fitness classes are open to the public.

Please register for drop-in classes in advance.You can reserve your spot up to seven days in advance. If you are unable to attend your reserved class, please call 780-497-5300 (option 2) or email welcomedesk@macewan.ca at least 90 minutes before the class starts to cancel your spot.
